Identify a concrete task, the sources it needs, the actions it may take, and the quality bar a responsible person can assess. Include recovery and access review in the evaluation rather than measuring only a demonstration.

Account for hardware, model rights, administration, licensing, and any optional support. For partner exchange, test a scoped request and response between independently controlled AIS before broadening the relationship.
