Read how this website handles inquiries, hosting, browser preferences, and deletion requests.

Pre-release introduction. Public downloads are not available here yet. Assistant naming is planned; other capabilities depend on the version you obtain.

This public website is separate from private AIS installations. Its contact form has its own inquiry-handling purpose and provider disclosures.

Information you provide

Our contact form asks for your name, role or title, email address, country or region, and a description of your inquiry. We use this information to respond and conduct the business you contact us about. Please provide only what is reasonably necessary.

We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising profiles. We do not seek sensitive personal information. Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, payment-card details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Confidential inquiries

We treat initial inquiries and subsequent business correspondence as confidential. We use and disclose their contents only as needed to handle your inquiry, provide the services you request, or comply with legal obligations. Our hosting and delivery providers process information as described below.

Storage and deletion

We store our retained inquiry records locally on hardware we control. We delete those records 90 days after our last contact with you and do not keep backup copies.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing swanautonoma <at> swanautonoma.com.

These retention and backup statements describe records under our control. Providers may retain processing records under their own policies.

Hosting and delivery providers

We operate this website and its contact gateway on servers hosted by DigitalOcean and Kamatera. The gateway receives the information you submit and forwards it over an authenticated encrypted connection to our local inquiry store. It reports receipt only after that store acknowledges delivery; it does not send your submission through an email-delivery service.

The gateway processes connection information such as your IP address to serve requests and limit abuse. We do not keep inquiry contents in gateway logs or gateway storage. Infrastructure providers may process technical information under their own policies.

Browser preferences

The website saves only the display choices you change: presence form, tone and finish, node colors, wheel flow, and motion. These stay in this browser. Reset preferences removes those choices; you can also clear this website’s stored browser data.
