One-time commercial internal-use rights for the purchased release/version, with custom agreements for other arrangements.
Pre-release introduction. Public downloads are not available here yet. Assistant naming is planned; other capabilities depend on the version you obtain.
The standard offer applies to a named legal entity and covers its internal installations. Future releases, updates, maintenance, and support are separate unless expressly included. An inquiry does not grant commercial rights.
Commercial OEM, redistribution, embedding in products supplied to others, and customer deployments need a separate written agreement. The detailed offer below explains the internal-use and custom-rights boundaries.
Free noncommercial use under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. Commercial use requires a paid license from SwanAutonoma, Inc., except where expressly permitted by PolyForm.
The standard commercial license is a one-time purchase per named legal entity, with perpetual rights to the purchased AIS release/version and unlimited internal installations. Pricing will be published when purchasing opens.
Noncommercial use
Individuals may use AIS without charge for purposes permitted by PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. Its permitted organizational uses, modification rights, and redistribution rights also apply. The full license governs these permissions.
Commercial internal use
Use for commercial benefit, including internal enterprise operations, requires a commercial license unless expressly permitted by PolyForm. This includes using AIS to support paid work or profit-making operations; AIS does not have to be resold, and the business does not have to be profitable yet.
What the purchase includes
One purchase covers the named legal entity’s internal installations, including production, development, testing, and disaster recovery. The grant includes inspection, copying, configuration, modifications, and forks of the purchased release/version for that internal use. Affiliates and subsidiaries need their own licenses or a custom group agreement. Future releases, updates, maintenance, and support are separate unless expressly included.
Custom commercial agreements
Commercial OEM, redistribution, embedding in products supplied to others, and customer deployments require a separate written agreement with SwanAutonoma, Inc. The standard internal-use purchase does not grant these rights. Redistribution permitted by PolyForm remains available under its terms.
