You may operate the software yourself or engage Swan for a defined piece of work. Hardware guidance, installation, teaching, troubleshooting, integration, and maintenance can be discussed around your actual needs.

Agree on scope, access, responsibility, and commercial terms before work begins. Support is not blanket permission to inspect private information or administer an installation. The software license and a service engagement serve different purposes.
