Give repeated tasks an explicit schedule, scope, and outcome you can review.

Start with a bounded task such as preparing a regular summary from a selected knowledge workspace. Decide when it runs, what information it uses, and how you will check the result.

A scheduled request does not gain additional permissions simply because it runs later. Failed or interrupted work needs a visible outcome and an appropriate recovery step. Keep consequential decisions within the approvals you choose.
